Today is a special day in the Darling home. We like to celebrate Justin's Irish ancestors and their heritage with some corned beef, mashed potatoes, pumpernickle bread, cabbage, and bread pudding (and an Irish beer too!). It is a fun day each year that we all look forward to. Hope you have a great St. Patty's Day!!
