Teff Plot
Our family thought it would be fun to grow our own teff, the grain that is used to make injera. Injera is the staple bread ate in Ethiopia. We ordered two packets of seed from The Redwood City Seed Company
We were amazed at how tiny the seeds are. The children pitched in to help prepare the beds for the seeds to be planted in.
It is very simple to plant, you just prepare the soil and then broadcast plant the seed.
We are looking forward to watching the teff grow as we wait to see who God has chosen to be our daughter and as we wait to bring her home.
