The past 2 weeks have been jammed packed full of "bye byes" at the Darling home. We have had a birthday party, 4-H judging and fair, play practices, visit from family and we even did some canning and freezing for winter. Whew...we are a bit exhausted, but a slower weekend is on the way. Here are some pictures to catch you up.
Hannah won Senior Showmanship with her Rabbits. She went on to show Premier Showmanship where she had to show a goat, rabbit and a CHICKEN!! (not her favorite!)
Eli won Grand Champion with his Weather poster. He will get to take this project to the State Fair!
My younger sister, Sarah, turned 30 on the 10th of July. Our family met her and her family at BD's Mongolian BBQ in Indianapolis. We had a good time celebrating. Happy Birthday, Sis!
Last Sunday our family did a presentation on Adoption and on our trip to ET. We all dressed in our traditional clothes from Ethiopia. Finally, a family picture where everyone is pleasant and looking forward!
Justin's parents, grandparents and nephew came for a quick visit to see the kids projects at the fair. It was good see them all.
