Beautiful Weather and Great Friends

Our 5th of July party went off wonderfully! The weather was perfect for the occasion, 80 degrees and blue sky. We were very thankful for that. I believe that we had the largest crowd this year, possibly around 75 people! I think everyone had a great time of fellowship and the food was yummy. Everyone helped fill 4- 8foot tables full of food. If anyone went home hungry, it was their own fault :) ! Here a few pictures that Hannah and her friends snapped during the party:

Hannah and her great friend decided perhaps they should switch sisters for the evening. Little Megan and Abeba thought it was a great idea!

On Monday, our good friends from Nebraska came in for the night. They used to live here locally, but now are in the ministry at a church in western Nebraska. We miss them a lot, but know that they are doing a good work where God has put them. We cherish any opportunity to see them. Thankfully, they have family in Ft. Wayne so sometimes we get to get in on those visits home. Thanks Dickmanders for stopping in. It was so good to visit even if it was for a short time.
