We received our first update on "A" today. We are thankful that she seems to be thriving and doing well, God is good.
“A" wins the "most smiles" award by far. You can literally do anything to get her to smile: give her toys, take toys away, tickle her, tickle yourself, reach out to her, or just play coy in the corner and she will give you one of the biggest smile you've ever seen, often accompanied by a laugh and squeal. Like most little girls, she loves her toys, and she made me laugh so hard when she tried to pick up way too many toys than she could handle. She would drop one, pick it up, drop another, and repeat! She is walking (or running, I should say) so well, and when not smiling or playing with toys, she can be found babbling away. From what I understand, she can say Mama and Dada, and I'll let you know if I hear anything else from her! I admit, I had to send two pictures because she was too adorable. And what looks like a runny nose is just reflection from the flash…I promise!
